Meet the Founder
Founded by J.D. Sandipher in 1988, Avon Home Improvement was built on a simple promise: relationships, clear communication, honest work, and craftsmanship that stands the test of time.
I enjoy working closely with my customers and using my expertise to produce the finest quality construction for every project. I pride myself on providing clarity & understanding, and timeliness with every customer is very important to my team and me.
I particularly enjoy working on older homes and renovation projects. I firmly believe that new construction should flow seamlessly with the historic character of the home, down to the very last detail.
Our Team of Craftsmen
J.D. and his skilled team treat every project — large or small — as if it were their own home, ensuring that each detail reflects care, precision, and integrity.~
