We hired Avon Home Improvement to paint our 1933 all wood Colonial Gaslight 5000 square foot house with a pool house and a large shed. JD made sure he understood our vision, particularly because we wanted to use five colors and a combination of oil and latex paint, wanted rotten wood replaced, and the house needed a lot of scraping, stripping, sanding and caulking. The result, of what was a very professional process, is an impeccable, thorough job.

I own a lot of investment property. I not only hire JD because I can count on quality work, but also because he can manage whatever project or amount of work I give him.

Our remodeling experience with Avon Home Improvement rates an 11 on a 10 point scale. Working with JD was a pleasure; he followed through on everything he said he would do for us. He arrived on time for appointments, listened to our general ideas for a fireplace/living area renovation and created a space that is both beautiful and functional. Our home was built in 1938, and JD prioritized maintaining the integrity of the original cottage style.
